GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract will only be concluded upon receipt of the deposit requested, within the time limits, either by credit card, check or transfer.
Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation.
If the deposit is not received on time, the reservation will be canceled without you being able to claim any compensation.
CANCELLATION OF STAY AND DISPUTE
Any cancellation must be notified to us by telephone and then confirmed in writing (email, SMS or registered letter).
Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price is due.
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days: 50% of the rental price is due.
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days: 75% of the rental price is due.
Cancellation between 7 and 0 days: 100% of the rental price is due.
In the event of cancellation by the client, and for whatever reason, the chalet will be rented out again and the deposit will be retained. However, if the chalet is re-let under identical price conditions, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of a fixed compensation of €50. If a possible discount should be made to the new tenant, its amount will also be deducted from the amount of the refund.
In the event of a persistent dispute and in the absence of agreement with the owner, any dispute will be subject to French law and attribution will be made to the courts of the place where the accommodation is located.
RENT AND DEPOSIT
In the amount are included:
In addition to the provision of the chalet for the number of people and the defined periods, heating, water, electricity. The chalet is furnished and includes duvets, blankets, pillows, crockery and kitchen equipment.
In the amount are not included:
The supply of sheets (possibility to rent them on site) and household linen, the deposit and the tourist tax.
The balance is payable no later than on arrival during the first interview with the owner. No discount on the balance will be granted in the event of a reduction in stay in relation to the reservation contract.
Any deposit claimed by the owner is payable at the first interview. It is intended to cover cleaning costs in the event that the apartment is not returned in a satisfactory condition. It is also used to reimburse damage and breakage that may have occurred during the stay. In the event that it is not sufficient to cover the repairs, the owner reserves the right to request an additional invoice. Conversely, if the repair was lower, the balance of the deposit would be returned to the tenant.
It is up to the tenant to comment on the inventory of fixtures during the first interview or at the latest 24 hours after his arrival. If no damage has been observed when the tenant leaves, the deposit will be sent back a maximum of 8 days after departure.
ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
The chalet is planned for a defined capacity which takes into account even very young children. Unless prior agreement, for any additional person, even on a temporary basis, the owner is entitled to refuse the rental or to claim a rental supplement equal to 10% of the initial amount, per person.
PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION
It takes effect on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. until the day of departure at 10 a.m. Outside these hours, except with the prior agreement of the owner, the tenant cannot claim to occupy the accommodation.
REHABILITATION OF HOUSING
It is not included in the rental price and remains the responsibility of the tenant. The latter must clean the accommodation before leaving or pay a competent person.
ANIMALS
Pets are welcome, provided they do not cause damage and do not disturb the tranquility of neighbours. They can stay alone in the accommodation if they are used to it.
WIRELESS
The user of internet access undertakes not to use this access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right such as texts, images, photographs, musical or audiovisual works, software and video games, without authorization. The user is informed that sharing software, when connected to the internet, can automatically make downloaded files available. It is therefore better to deactivate it. The user may be accused of an offense of counterfeiting (article L 335-3 of the Industrial Property Code). This contravention is punishable by a fine of €3,500.
